Music projects, studies and intervention music projects established in Devon and Somerset include projects with SoundWaves and TakeArt, Carousel, Daisi, Mill Water School and other nursery music specialists.
Current projects include a 6 week case study with autistic nursery ages in Stoke Hill infant and nursery school to show the positive impact that music has on developing communication and life skills.
Projects in the pipe-line includes nurturing wellbeing in parents with new babies and developing communication and musical play through our creative musical tales.

The established Devon early years music group MusikGarten was adopted by
Music House for Children in 2016 in an effort to bring collaboration and early years music specialists together. The continued difficulties with this expansion was the geographical distance, collating like-minded teams and quality sharing.

Devon Early Years Music Network (DEYMN)

This important network was established by Emma and her longtime colleague Jane Parker in 2015. We hope to continue developing this initiative with Devon’s music services so as to provide extended collaboration with like-minded specialists across the county. www.facebook.com
